Heirs Technologies appoints CEO to lead the enterprise solutions, IT consulting firm

Heirs Technologies has appointed Obong Idiong as its Chief Executive Officer.

The digital transformation company said on Wednesday Idiong brings considerable experience in the technology sector and a visionary approach to this role.

Before joining Heirs Technologies, the company said Idiong was the MD/CEO at Africa Prudential Plc, where he spearheaded the digital transformation of its registrar services to reposition the company as an agile and technology-driven organisation.

Prior to the appointment, Idiong played several senior management roles at the United Bank for Africa Plc and Heirs Holdings Limited.

Heirs Technologies, a subsidiary of Heirs Holdings, is positioned to deliver efficiency and scalability to enterprise customers, with specialised and localised service offers, including IT Consulting, Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing.

Also, the company, which is committed to developing local talent through tailored skills development programmes, would offer locally relevant enterprise solutions to enable companies to scale and transform their services.

In a related development, the company has announced the appointment of Fumbi Chima as the Chair of Heirs Technologies Ltd .

Chima has served as CIO in global companies including Adidas, Fox Network Group, Burberry Corporation, Walmart Stores Inc. Asia business operations, and American Express’ Global Corporate Technologies.2
