Heirs Holdings unveils Heirs Technologies; to lead Africa’s digital evolution 

Heirs Holdings has unveiled a new subsidiary, Heirs Technologies Limited.

The Holdings company, which is committed to developing Africa’s investment company dedicated to improving lives and transforming Africa through strategic long-term investments, announced the unveiling of the new subsidiary on Monday.

Heirs Technologies, the parent company said, was an ambitious initiative to empower Africa’s digital transformation through innovative and locally tailored solutions.

“Heirs Technologies will provide value added services that capitalise on top-tier expertise while guaranteeing accessibility locally,” Heirs Holdings said in a statement.

The company’s range of offerings, Heirs Holdings said, would include IT consulting, which encompasses advisory services, business transformation, system integration, licencing, and partnerships.

Also, Heirs Holdings said Heirs Technologies would offer various managed services covering IT operations and business process outsourcing. 

To achieve its vision of propelling Africa to the forefront of the global technology landscape, the statement said Heirs Technologies would strategically invest in cutting edge technological solutions and develop platforms that foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Central to the company’s plans, it added, was to develop local capacity through meticulously tailored skills development programmes.

Heirs Holdings’ Group Chief Executive Officer, Emmanuel Nnorom, expressed his excitement about the launch, while reiterating the company’s mission,

“We are embarking on a journey fueled by innovation and driven by purpose. Our mission isn’t solely about creating products. It’s about shaping the future of technology, one groundbreaking solution at a time.”

Heirs Holdings said the launch of Heirs Technologies reaffirms its steadfast commitment to invest in sectors that provide long-term returns and have the ability to transform Africa’s economy. Heirs Holdings has been a pivotal player in various sectors critical for Africa’s development including financial services, energy, power, healthcare, real estate, and hospitality.
