CBN appoints new spokesperson, as Nwanisobi retires

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Friday announced the appointment of Dr Isa Abdulmumini as its Acting Director, Corporate Communications Department.

He takes over from Osita Nwanisobi, who has retired from the service of the apex bank.

Until his appointment, Abdulmumini, who has been a dedicated staff member of the bank for many years, was a Deputy Director in the Corporate Communications Department.

Reputed to be a hard working, go-getter, efficient professional and a media personality, Abdulmumini has since resumed office.

His predecessor, Nwanisobi, took over in October 2020 following the retirement of erstwhile director, Isaac Okorafor, who also retired from service.
