One of Nigeria’s real estate firms, HXafrica, has unveiled an investment platform for real estate acquisition in the country.
The company, a Tekedia portfolio regulated by the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), operates end-to-end next generation solutions and real estate consultancy services that enable fractional real estate investment across Africa.
Announcing the commencement of its operations in Abuja on Wednesday, HXafrica said prospective subscribers to its services could hold stake in choice properties, including completed estates and upcoming developments and access visuals, floor plans, and 3D mock-ups to understand each property.
Also, the company said subscribers could invest with clarity using transparent financials, timelines, and terms as well as track expected returns and receive automatic pay-outs (capital plus earnings) when a project matures.
”HXafrica’s approach aligns with broader trends in blockchain-powered investment platforms by, among other things, democratizing real estate ownership —making it accessible to a larger pool of investors, addressing illiquidity and high entry cost issues by breaking assets into manageable digital shares, while also potentially unlocking capital faster for developers, and giving investors flexibility and transparency.
Besides, the company said any subscriber could invest from as low as N16,000 through fiat or Crypto currency and access earnings as any landlord would any time.
